Your Cogswell traffic headaches are almost over, Halifax.

Your Cogswell traffic woes are almost over, my son!

Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.

Well now, what a week it's been down at City Hall, eh? If you’ve been wondering what old Tommy’s been keeping an eye on, it’s been all about that big Cogswell Interchange redevelopment. It’s some good, my son, to finally see some movement on a project that’s been kicked around like a lost hockey puck since I was a lad.

* **The Cogswell Redevelopment:** This is the big one, buddy. Folks have been talking about this for years, and it looks like the shovels are finally going to hit the dirt.

* **Traffic Changes:** Expect some temporary headaches, but the long-term plan is to make getting around downtown a whole lot smoother. Less time stuck on the Macdonald Bridge, eh?

* **New Public Spaces:** They’re planning some grand spots for folks to gather, right in the heart of things. Imagine a new spot for a good feed after a Mooseheads game!

It’s some big news for Halifax, and it’ll change the face of our city down near the waterfront, giving us more room to breathe and, hopefully, less time sitting in traffic looking at the back of a bus. Some good!

Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.
