Your Cogswell commute is almost back to normal!
Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.
Well now, what a week we've had, my son! If you've been tuning in, you know it's been a real mixed bag down at City Hall. We started off with some good news about the Cogswell Interchange redevelopment – sounds like that big project that’s been tying up traffic around Scotia Square is finally wrapping up some of its major bits. Some good, eh? Traffic around there has been a real headache, like trying to get a parking spot on Argyle Street on a Saturday night.
The weather’s been a chat too. We had a bit of a bluster early in the week that brought out the salters, and then it turned around to be some fine sunshine. Always something to talk about, the weather here. You can’t go wrong with that.
* **Cogswell Interchange:** Major progress, folks. Looks like the finish line is in sight for some of the big sections.
* **Traffic Flow:** Should ease up around the waterfront and downtown core.
* **Weather's Impact:** A quick turn from winter’s last gasp to some spring sun, keeping our road crews busy.
So, if you’re heading down to the waterfront for a stroll, or just trying to navigate your way past the Citadel, things should be a bit smoother. Some good, eh?
