Your Lethbridge real estate journey just got easier

Good morning from the coulees — the wind's up, the sky's wide, and Lethbridge has something to say.

Look, the real estate market in Lethbridge, and across the country, can feel like a maze sometimes. Especially if you're facing extra challenges. The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is putting out some new content that really hits home for a lot of people here in southern Alberta. Their *REAL TIME* podcast, specifically Episode 72, focuses on "Making the Real Estate Journey More Accessible with Jeffrey Kerr." This isn't just about ramps and wider doorways; it's about understanding how to help clients with mobility, visual, or auditory barriers find their next home.

This kind of information is crucial for our community. We have a lot of older folks who've lived here their whole lives, maybe in homes that don't quite suit their needs anymore, or younger families with members who require specific accommodations. Knowing that REALTORS® are getting resources to better serve *all* residents, from the west side near the university down to the older neighbourhoods by Indian Battle Park, is a good thing to see. It means more people can stay rooted in this city, which is what community is all about.

Now he's applying that infrastructure thinking to local news. Read our story →
