We're talking about a permit, BP 3ALT 26-804, for interior alterations on the 2nd and 6th floors at 4701 Tahoe Blvd, ringing in at a cool $568,320. That's commercial, in Ward 3. Then, another big one, BP 3ALT 26-444, for interior alterations with a new fire alarm system – landlord work – at 5900 Keaton Cres in Ward 5, to the tune of $1,556,164. That’s for industrial.
