Your 311 requests are six times "Information Request." What's up with that?

Your 311 requests are wild or nah?

Listen, youse know I always keep it real with what's happening down at City Hall, and this week's 311 data? It's a jawn. You'd think with all the talk about crime or potholes on Broad Street, the top complaints would be about that, right? Nah.

According to the latest civic data, the top 311 requests were "Information Request." Not once, not twice, but *six times* "Information Request" popped up at the top. This ain't about busted streetlights or illegal dumping in West Philly vacant lots, this is people just trying to figure stuff out. Like, what’s up with that? It tells you something about how confusing it can be to navigate this city's services, or maybe people just need a little more help finding the right department. That's the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.

It really makes you wonder what information people are even looking for. Is it about property taxes, or where to get your wooder bill paid? We gotta keep an eye on this, see if the city catches on that folks are just lost in the sauce trying to get answers.

That's the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.
