Your City Hall just made a wild bike lane decision.

Your City Hall was a whole Nollywood film this week!

Saskatoon — seven bridges, two rivers, and something happening you haven't heard about yet. But this week, my darlings, you definitely heard about it! City Hall was like a whole Nollywood film, full of twists and turns, and maybe a few unexpected dramatic pronouncements.

Okay, so this is actually wild. We started with some serious weather talk, with Environment Canada giving us a special statement that had everyone clutching their scarves a little tighter. But then, the real drama unfolded right in the heart of our city.

Bike Lane Bonanza

The big conversation, the one that had Aunties on the phone and uncles at the coffee shop arguing, was our beloved bike lanes. Remember all that back and forth? Well, this week, it was like the grand finale of a season!

* Council had some *very* lively discussions.

* Arguments were made, counter-arguments were, well, countered.

* And finally, a decision was made. For now, anyway. You know how these things go in Saskatoon.

It’s always something, isn’t it? This city will invite you to a farm-to-table dinner and then make you defend the concept of a city for twenty minutes.
