Your City Hall was a whole Nollywood film this week!

Saskatoon — seven bridges, two rivers, and something happening you haven't heard about yet. My darlings, what a week at City Hall! It was like a Nollywood film with plot twists at every corner, minus the dramatic slow-motion falls.

The big conversation, of course, was all about real estate. For days, it felt like the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) was practically whispering sweet nothings in our ears about how our housing journey is getting easier.

* CREA's REAL TIME podcast spilled some tea.

* The general consensus is that navigating the market might finally be less of a headache.

Then, just as we were all getting comfy with the housing news, Saskatoon decided to throw a curveball with an "UNKNOWN" weather warning. I’m telling you, it’s more unsettling than a prairie blizzard, because at least with a blizzard, you know what you're dealing with!

It's been a mixed bag, this week — a little relief, a little mystery. Saskatoon is a city that will invite you to a farm-to-table dinner and then make you defend the concept of a city for twenty minutes, so this all tracks.

Saskatoon — seven bridges, two rivers, and something happening you haven't heard about yet.
