Saskatoon, CREA wants your house hunt to be easier.

Your City Hall recap: They're still talking about housing, sha

Saskatoon — seven bridges, two rivers, and something happening you haven't heard about yet. My darlings, this past week at City Hall, it felt like they were trying to fix all our problems with one magic wand!

Okay, so this is actually wild. We started the week with the Canadian Real Estate Association, CREA, dropping a podcast. They're talking about making real estate easier for everyone. You know, making sure your home search isn't feeling like you're trying to find parking at Midtown Plaza on a Saturday.

What They're Saying

* The focus is on accessibility in real estate.

* This isn't just about physical access, but also making information easier to digest.

* The idea is to help everyone, no matter their specific needs, find a place in Saskatoon.

It’s all about making sure that when you're looking for a spot by the river or somewhere near Broadway, the process doesn't make you want to just pack up and move to Alberta. Saskatoon is a city that will invite you to a farm-to-table dinner and then make you defend the concept of a city for twenty minutes, so it makes sense we'd be talking about making *everything* accessible, including your living situation.
