Victoria just got two new bike ice cream vendors. Are you ready?

What’s the buzz on the street about your new sweet tooth?

Good morning from the island — we're still here, the orcas were spotted at Active Pass, and honestly, life is fine.

Well, here's the thing about our city's pulse: sometimes it beats to the rhythm of new ice cream. We've seen a couple of new business licenses issued for HAZELS ICE CREAM LTD, specifically for bicycle vendors. Licence numbers 40784 and 40447, both for mobile businesses operating out of Victoria BC V8W 1P6. What does this mean? It means more delightful frozen treats might be coming to a park pathway near you. Imagine a warm afternoon at Beacon Hill Park, the scent of the ocean, and a bicycle vendor appearing just when you need it most. It's a small thing, perhaps, but these mobile businesses add a certain charm to our city, don't they? They speak to the pedestrian-friendly, slow-living spirit we cherish here.

Another interesting addition to the downtown core is ARCADIA, an entertainment amusement centre, now licensed at 707 Johnson Street, Victoria BC V8W 1M8 (Licence #48095). It's a bit of a shift from the quiet hum of antique shops on Fort Street, but perhaps a welcome one for those looking for a different kind of pastime.

These new ventures show that our city's business landscape continues to evolve, adding new flavours and experiences for residents and visitors alike. We'll be watching to see how these new spots settle into the daily rhythm of Victoria.
