About Corrina Babiuk
Corrina Babiuk turned a 600-square-foot storefront on Main Street into Dauphin's most talked-about restaurant. Born and raised in the Parkland, she trained in Winnipeg before coming home to open Corrina's on Main in 2019 — right before the world shut down. She survived, adapted, and built a following that drives from Riding Mountain just for her perogies. Her philosophy: local ingredients, honest cooking, and treating every customer like they just walked into your kitchen.
