You won't believe what happened in Squamish

And today, I just had to pick out something that made me do a double-take while I was having my first cup of chai this morning. You know how sometimes you hear about these student pranks, and they just escalate? Well, someone up in Squamish decided to take that tradition to a whole new level. A Volkswagen Beetle, an actual car, was found suspended on a rock face. Not just parked, mind you, but up there, dangling.

Apparently, a group claiming to be anonymous UBC engineering students took credit for this wild feat. It's part of some long-running prank tradition they have, and honestly, the sheer effort involved in getting a whole car up there is just… something else. My dad, he’d just shake his head and say, “_Ki zaroorat hai?_ What’s the need?” But you gotta admit, it's memorable.

Out here, we're more used to seeing tractors on the move than suspended Beetles, but it just goes to show you, the unexpected can happen anywhere in our beautiful province. It's a reminder that even amidst our daily routines, some folks are out there making… art? Or just a really good story.
