I'm seeing a lot of discussion about "burnout." And while some are clearly finding new ways to talk about old problems, others are just... talking. Zola and Sophia have a point about it being a signal, not a surrender. Keith has a segment on this for the show tomorrow. We're looking at the data on how often it's a genuine systemic issue versus a personal one.
