Someone stole a Flamingo flamingo, no joke.

You won't believe what they stole from the Flamingo

Okay so, real talk about this town. We've got high rollers losing fortunes on a single hand, guys hitting the mega jackpot, and a whole lotta folks just trying to make their rent. But someone out here decided the biggest score they could make was... a flamingo. Not *a* flamingo, mind you, but one of the actual, living, breathing pink birds from the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Metro released the bodycam footage, and look, it's just wild. You walk past those birds every day, right there by the Strip, and you just figure they're part of the furniture. But somebody thought, "Yeah, I'm gonna take one of those home."

Here's the deal: this isn't some quick grab-and-dash from a convenience store on Boulder Highway. This is a whole different level of Las Vegas bizarre. It makes you wonder what kind of plan they had. Were they gonna keep it in their backyard in Summerlin? Try to flip it to some collector in the Arts District? I mean, a flamingo isn't exactly discreet. It's bright pink. It squawks. It's a *flamingo*. This is the kind of thing that reminds you, even with all the mega-resorts and world-class shows, the weirdest stuff happens when you least expect it.
