Your BYU bracket pick just got crushed

So here's the thing about Utah—we love our college sports, maybe a little too much sometimes. And yeah, no, when the NCAA Tournament rolls around, even the folks who haven't stepped foot on a campus in years are glued to the screen. And for a lot of folks here, that means pulling for BYU. It’s a whole thing.

Well, if you had BYU going far in your bracket, I’m sorry to tell you that dream died a quick death yesterday. No. 11 seed Texas ended their season with a 79-71 loss right there in the first round. You gotta wonder if all that pre-tournament hype, especially around AJ Dybantsa, just built up to a pretty rough landing for the Cougars. It’s always a punch to the gut when it ends like that.
