You won't believe this heart-shaped iceberg near St. Anthony.

Your heart's gonna melt for this iceberg, b'y

Whaddya at, b'y — this is St. John's, oldest city in North America, and we're still here. Let's go.

I'll tell ya one thing, b'y, you think you've seen it all when it comes to icebergs around here, right? We get 'em by da boatload every spring, right up from da Narrows sometimes, just floatin' by Cabot Tower. But dis one, dis one's a proper charmer. A fella up in St. Anthony, Steve Sheppard, he caught a photo of an iceberg last week dat's got a big, proper heart-shaped pool right on top of it. Now, you can travel da whole East Coast Trail, from da cliffs near da Battery all da way down, and you still might not see somethin' dat perfect.

### Why This Matters for Us

It’s more dan just a pretty picture, eh? Dis is da kind of thing dat reminds ya why we live where we live, even wit' all da weather dat changes four times before lunch. It's da pure magic of da place, da kind of beauty dat makes you forget about da price of fuel goin' up again or da fact dat we're still missin' our IceCaps somethin' fierce. It’s what makes people want to come here, to our little slice of heaven, and maybe even get screech-in'd on George Street afterwards.

* **A Taste of Newfoundland Magic:** Dis iceberg is a perfect example of da unexpected beauty dat pops up all da time in our province.

* **Northern Cod Rebound Vibes:** It just feels like good news, like when you hear da northern cod stocks are lookin' better, or when LabShrimp is lookin' to get a piece of da action. A bit of hope, eh?

* **St. Anthony's Moment:** It shines a bit of a light on places like St. Anthony, way up da coast, where da real beauty of Newfoundland sometimes gets missed by folks just stickin' to St. John's.

It's a reminder dat even wit' all da serious stuff goin' on — like da PowerSchool hack or da CorCare update NLHS is givin' today — dere's still pure wonder right on our doorstep. Dis iceberg, b'y, it’s like a big ol' heart from da ocean itself, tellin' us St. John's is still da best place on earth.
