Here's what happened to the Tampa Bay Lightning last night (TBL 6, SEA 2)

Your Bolts are back and roaring after last night’s win!

Waking up this morning, you just *feel* it, right? The Tampa Bay Lightning rolled into Seattle and absolutely dominated the Kraken with a 6-2 victory. For anyone who fell asleep, let me tell you, it was a clinic. Gabriel Goncalves got us started early in the first, but the real fireworks came from Nikita Kucherov, who snagged a hat trick, including a beauty just 57 seconds into the second period. Anthony Cirelli was all over the ice, picking up a goal and two assists, and Brandon Hagel had a huge night with three assists and a power play goal. Even after the Kraken tried to make a game of it with goals from Brandon McMann and Jared McCann, the Bolts never really let them back in. Our guys were just *on* it, from the first drop of the puck to the final buzzer.

This road win against the Seattle Kraken is more than just two points; it’s a statement. After a bit of a bumpy stretch, seeing the Tampa Bay Lightning put up six goals and control the game so completely, especially on the road, it tells you everything you need to know about the team's heart. This pushes us to 86 points, keeping us solidly in second place in the Atlantic, and honestly, it just feels *good* to wake up and see that W next to our name. The confidence this brings heading into the next stretch of games is exactly what we need. You can feel the vibe shift all the way from Amalie Arena to the cafes down 7th Avenue in Ybor this morning.
