Your real estate journey is getting some new help!
Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.
Well now, what a week it's been down at City Hall, eh? You know, sometimes you expect big fireworks from city news, but this week, it was all about making life a little smoother for folks. We started off the week with some good news about the Cogswell Interchange — it's almost back to normal, finally! I tell ya, navigating that spot has been some kind of adventure for a while now.
But the real chatter this week, my son, has been all about real estate.
* The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is rolling out a new "co-pilot" program.
* It's designed to make buying and selling homes a bit easier to understand.
* They’re really pushing for better accessibility and clearer information for everyone.
It feels like they're trying to take some of the stress out of what can be a mighty big decision for a lot of people here in Halifax. That's some good, isn't it?
