Your City Hall was quiet this week. What does that mean for you?

Your City Hall was mostly quiet this week

Good morning from the coulees — the wind's up, the sky's wide, and Lethbridge has something to say.

Look, this past week, it felt like City Hall was mostly caught in that prairie trance, you know, just watching the sky. We didn't see a lot of fresh movements or new initiatives come down the pipe from our local government, or even much in the way of new data from the open portal.

It was a pretty quiet week, like the stillness before a summer storm.

* No new open data was available from the city.

* City Hall activity was minimal.

* The focus was less on local governance and more on broader trends.

We did spend a fair bit of time looking at the housing market and how folks can navigate it, especially with the Canadian Real Estate Association pushing for better accessibility. That's always important here in Mohkínstsis, as more and more people choose to make their homes by the river.

Good morning from the coulees — the wind's up, the sky's wide, and Lethbridge has something to say.
