Your 311 calls are literally swamping City Hall, oye

Okay so check it— your calls to 311, like, the ones you make when there’s a mattress on the curb or some crazy graf on a wall? They’re piling up, fam. According to the latest 311 service request data, "Item Pickups" and "Illegal Dumping Item Pickups" are literally topping the charts, with over 8,300 and 7,100 requests respectively. That's, like, almost 16,000 calls just for trash. No mames.

And then right behind that, you got "Information-Only" requests — almost 10,700 of those. People just trying to figure out what’s going on, ya sabes. "Graffiti Removal" is still up there with over 2,300 requests, and "Homeless Encampment" calls hit more than 2,100. It shows you what people are seeing every day, right? It's not the Westside worrying about valet parking, this is the real stuff happening in our neighborhoods.

What this means? People are literally trying to fix what they see around them, and the city's got its hands full just dealing with the basic stuff. Keep watching to see if these numbers start to drop, or if our city services can keep up.

I swear, my cousin breaks down this stuff even more every morning on the show — hit up mornings.live.
