Your City Hall just had zero new permits. What gives?

Your city hall is doing a whole lot of N/A, or nah?

Listen, I'm not even gonna hold you. You wanna know what's poppin' down at City Hall with all the development jawns? Not much, according to this week's data. We got "N/A" across the board for all the ZP_ZON/USE and Plumbing permits. That means not a single permit for any new building, any big rezone, or even just some new pipes gettin' laid down. Zero. Zip. Nada.

### Where's the Action, Philly?

Usually, even if it's just a small corner store gettin' a new wooder line, you see some movement on these lists. Not this week.

Here's what that N/A really means:

* **ZP_ZON/USE:** This is for new construction or changing what a building is used for, like turning an old warehouse into apartments. We got nothing.

* **Plumbing:** Even small renos need plumbing permits. Still nothing.

It's quiet out here, jawn. Real quiet. Makes you wonder if folks are just takin' a breather, or if there's somethin' else goin' on that's slowin' everything down. I'm talkin' about all those new spots that pop up in Fishtown or down on Passyunk — they gotta get permits for that, or nah? This N/A jawn is kinda sus.

We gotta keep an eye on this. Is this a one-off, or are we gonna see this trend keep goin'? Because if development is truly slowing down, that hits everything from jobs to the availability of new homes in our neighborhoods.

That's the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.
