Listen, I'm not even gonna hold you, the 311 calls are tellin' us exactly what's up in this city, or nah? The biggest jawn on the list? Rubbish and Recyclable Material Collection. It showed up twice in the top issues, which means folks are callin' in about it constantly. This ain't no surprise if you've walked down some blocks in West Philly lately, or tried to find a clean spot for your kid's jawn at Clark Park.

What's wild is that "Information Request" is also way up there. Like, people are just trying to figure out what's going on, probably about why their trash ain't getting picked up. It's a whole cycle of confusion, and our neighborhoods are lookin' rough because of it. We pay taxes for these services, you know? This ain't just some random data point; this is about our streets, our health, and the vibe of the city. We need to see what City Hall is gonna do to actually get this under control.
