A big ol' Saskatoon snowstorm is coming our way
Okay, so this is actually wild. Environment Canada just dropped a special weather statement for Saskatoon, and it's looking like we're in for a real prairie classic — a significant snowfall event, starting tonight and rolling through Thursday. We're talking 10 to 15 centimeters of snow, just in case you thought your commute was going to be smooth sailing. They're predicting the heaviest stuff to come down late tonight and all through Wednesday.
Now, I know we're tough here in Saskatoon, but 15 centimeters isn't something to just shake off your parka. The city's plowing crews will be out, of course, but folks, this means your morning drive across the Broadway Bridge or down Circle Drive could be a real adventure. Keep an eye on those city updates, because road conditions are going to be tricky, especially with that fresh snow. Maybe it's a good day for some saskatoon berry pie and a warm drink.
Saskatoon — seven bridges, two rivers, and something happening you haven't heard about yet.
