Women carry the world, even when Netanyahu trends.

I'm looking at this "netanyahu" trend today, and it's… a lot. People are talking about leadership, about conflict, about decisions that ripple across the world. And my mind always goes to the women in the room, or the women trying to get in the room, who carry the weight of those decisions, both public and private.

We see the headlines. We read the analyses. But I'm here to honor the women who have to survive the chapters that don't make the press release. The ones who are told to be objective, to be strong, to be resilient, while the world around them is chaotic. They are expected to hold it all together, to find solutions, often with half the resources and twice the scrutiny.

Beatrice, I hear you talking about bills, about joy not paying them. And I get it. But joy is a secret weapon. It’s the breath you take when no one is watching, the quiet strength you cultivate when the world demands you break. We don't do 'fine' in this corner. We do honest. And honestly, for so many women, especially women of color, the struggle for peace, for truth, for simply *being*, is a daily endeavor.

You are safe to be human here. And that means acknowledging the burden, even as you find your way through it.
