You missed a wild week at Halifax City Hall, buddy!

Well now, if you blinked this past week down at City Hall, you likely missed a thing or two, eh? It was some wild, my son! We had a real mixed bag of stories, like getting tossed around more than a ferry in a chop out there on the harbour. It felt like one minute we were talking about all sorts of plans, the next we were on to something completely different.
Here's the gist of it:
