Your City Hall did nothing this week but watch the wind.

Your City Hall was quiet and the wind was loud

Good morning from the coulees — the wind's up, the sky's wide, and Lethbridge has something to say.

Look, this past week, City Hall was mostly caught in a prairie trance. It felt like they were just watching the sky, same as the rest of us. The wind, that persistent character in our story, was up most days, bringing with it special weather statements and gusts that rattled the windows from the West Lethbridge Costco right down to the coulee paths near Indian Battle Park, or as we say, *Napi's Playground*.

### What We Saw (or Didn't)

* City Hall kept us waiting for much of the week, with little new information coming out.

* The weather, specifically those strong winds, was the biggest newsmaker, reminding us who really runs the show out here.

* It was quieter than a winter morning after a fresh snowfall, which means not much to report on the usual comings and goings.

It wasn't a week for big decisions or new data from the city. Just a lot of wind, and a lot of waiting for something to happen down at City Hall.

Good morning from the coulees — the wind's up, the sky's wide, and Lethbridge has something to say.
