Angelenos made 15,000 calls about your trash. What gives?

Your Neighbors Are Calling 311 Like Crazy for *This*

Okay so check it—you know how everyone's always complaining about something, right? Well, the latest 311 data from the city? It literally shows what Angelenos are actually bugging City Hall about. And no mames, the top two issues, like, by a *long* shot, are about stuff getting picked up.

We're talking 8,365 requests for "Item Pickups" and then another 7,076 for "Illegal Dumping Item Pickup." That's over 15,000 calls just for trash! Oye, that's wild, considering "Graffiti Removal" was only 3,226 requests, and "Homeless Encampment" calls were 1,904. It really puts things in perspective, you know? It’s not about the fancy new developments they keep pushing on the Westside, it's about our streets, fam.

This data, straight from the City's own 311 service records, tells you what people are seeing every single day, right outside their windows. What's next? We gotta see if City Sanitation can keep up.

That's the real LA, fam — east of the 110.
