Your City Hall was quieter than the Reversing Falls this week

Your City Hall was quiet this week, I'll tell you what

Good morning from the Fundy shore — the tide's turning, and so is New Brunswick. Let's get into it.

Right, so if you've been with us this week, you'll have noticed City Hall's been quieter than a Sunday morning at the Reversing Falls. Not much new civic data coming out, which is a bit unusual for the Port City.

The main thing we *did* hear about, though, was from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). They're talking about making it easier to buy a house, right? Big conversations happening there about how we navigate this wild market. It's a national thing, but it hits home here in Saint John, where folks are just trying to find an affordable place near the harbour or out in the Valley.

* No new data from City Hall, a real quiet week.

* CREA is pushing for easier real estate transactions.

* The housing market is a big topic, always.

So, while City Hall was a bit sparse on updates, the real estate talk keeps rolling. Everyone's got an opinion on that, and pour les gens ici, it's a daily conversation.

Good morning from the Fundy shore — the tide's turning, and so is New Brunswick. Let's get into it.
