Your 311 calls aren't what you think, Philly.

Yo, check out this 311 jawn

Listen, when you call 311 in Philadelphia, you're usually tryna get something fixed, right? Like a pothole or some wild trash on the block. So what do youse think is the number one thing folks are calling about? More than graffiti removal? More than wooder main breaks?

It’s "Information Request." Not even gonna hold you, that's what the latest 311 data is showin'. More calls for "Information Request" and "Rubbish/Recyclable Material Collection" than anything else. You'd think with all the talk about cleaning up the city, people would be reporting more actual problems, or nah? It tells you that sometimes folks just don't know where to go to get their questions answered, or maybe they're just trying to figure out the trash schedule for their new rowhome.

That’s the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.
